摘　　要：随着信息化的推进,信息系统在保险行业中的应用日益普及,对信息系统的离线使用需求也日益增多.传统的保险办理方式局限于营业厅或代理点的人工服务,不但使用户办理业务受到时间、地点的限制,而且浪费了保险公司大量的人力、物力.面对这一新的业务动向,保险行业迫切需要构建一种基于Smart Client的保险信息系统.文章通过一个应用于保险行业的信息系统阐述了如何设计一个结构合理、运行良好的Smart Client移动CRM系统.With the development of the information technology and the popularity of the information system in the insurance industry, the offline application of the information system has greatly increased. The traditional process of insurance is limited to the stuff service in business hall or the agency, which limits the time and place of the business and largely wastes manpower and material resources of the insurance company. Confronted with the new business, the insurance industry is driven to form an insurance information system based on Smart Client. Based on an information system applicated in the insurance industry, the essay focuses on how to design a Smart Client mobile CRM system which is rationally-structured and soundly operated.
