摘　　要：本文采用单片机研制了一台焊条电弧稳定性测试仪。该仪器集检测和控制于一体，可以实现在自动焊接的条件下准确地测定灭弧次数、喘息次数和断弧长度等参数，并成功地抑制了为了连续测试而设置的高频引弧对微机产生的强烈干扰。Stability Detector of Electrodes controlled by a single chip microcomputer has been developed, combing check with control as a whole unit. On the condition of automatic welding,the times of arc panting,times of arc extinction,times of average converted arc extinction and the length of arc extinction can be precisely determined.Mean while, the problem of intensely interference to the microcomputer caused by high frequency arc generation used for coutinuous dectection has been successfully solved.
