摘　　要：采用８０Ｃ５５２单片机控制半桥式ＩＧＢＴ逆变焊机，介绍了这种焊机的组成和工作原理。研究结果表明：所研制的ＺＸ７－５００ＩＧＢＴ焊机可满足手弧焊的要求，是一种节能、轻巧的大容量焊机。A 80c552 single chip microcomputer controlled IGBT inverter power source is developed. The configuration and working principle of the machine is introduced. The ZX7 500 IGBT machine developed meets the requirements of manual arc welding and is a large capacity machine that not only economizer energy but also lighter than other machines.
