中药保留灌肠治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎35例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药保留灌肠对急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法随机分为2组,对照组给予常规保肝、降酶、退黄治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药保留灌肠,疗程4周。结果治疗组的症状缓解,血清总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶的复常与对照组比较有明显差异。结论中药保留灌肠对急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效。Objective Observation of Chinese herbal retention enema in the treatment of acute jaundice viral hepatitis clinical efficacy [approach] were randomly divided into two groups,In the control group given conventional liver protection and reduce aminotransferase,to reduce bilirubin treatment,In the treatment group based on this increase in the use of Chinese herbal retention enema,4-week course of treatment.Results In the treatment group,to alleviate symptoms,serum total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase normalization with the control group there are significant differences. Conclusion Chinese herbal retention enema in the treatment of acute jaundice of the type of viral hepatitis have a good effect,Treatment should be promoted.
