腹腔镜下经腹膜后途径肾囊肿去顶术21例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜后间隙腹腔镜下治疗肾囊肿的方法与疗效。方法对21例肾囊肿患者气管内全麻．经腹膜后腹腔镜下切除肾囊肿顶壁。结果本组21例全部手术成功。无中转开放性手术．手术时间50—140min。平均70min。术中出血20—90mL。平均45mL，术后24—72h拔除引流管，无合并出血、感染等并发症。患者6-9d出院，平均住院时间7d。术后平均随访时间6个月，B超检查未发现囊肿复发。结论腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparescopie operation in the treatment of renal cyst. Methods A total of 21 patients underwent retropefitoneal laparoscopic operations under general anesthesia and their renal cyst were excised. Results With renal cysts removed,the operations were successfully accomplished in aLl cases. The operation time was 50 to 140 rain （mean 70min） . The intraoperative blood loss was 20 to 90 ml （mean 45ml） . Drainage catheter was removed 24 to 72 hours after operation without bleeding or infection. The postoperative hospital stay was 6 to 9 days （ mean 7 days）. All the 21 patients were followed up for a mean of 6 months. No recurrence was found under B-uhrasonography. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparescopic unroofing is a safe and effective procedure for all kinds of renal cysts.
