摘　　要：2003年以来中国铝加工业蓬勃发展,预计2010年中国铝板带的生产能力将居世界各国前列,不少企业装备水平已达到世界先进水平,这一方面给国内企业带来发展机遇,另一方面国内铝板带市场竞争也会非常激烈,国内铝板带生产行业的战略调整和企业重组不可避免。且由于种种原因仍会有新企业涉足其中。在这样的市场环境中,选择合适的生产工艺是提高企业竞争力的根本,本文将对此进行分析论述。Since 2003, China＇s aluminum industry develops vigorously and it is expected that production capacity of China＇ s aluminum sheet ＆ strip in 20）0 will place in the front ranks of countries, equipment level of many enterprises have reached the advanced world levels, which brings development opportunity for domestic enterprises, but at the same time domestic aluminum sheet ＆ strip market will be extremely competitive and strategic adjustment and enterprise restructuring in domestic aluminum sheet ＆ strip industry is inevitable. For some reasons, there will be new businesses to take part in it. in such market environment, selection of appropriate production process is the fundamental to improve enterprise competition. Thereof, this article carries on the analysis and discussion.
