摘 要:目的:观察腹部开放伤伴随不同温度海水浸泡条件下对大鼠生存时间及其伤情进展的影响。方法:建立腹部开放伤大鼠模型,健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为单纯腹部开放伤组和腹部开放伤伴随生理盐水或海水浸泡组。与单纯腹部开放伤相比,观察腹部开放伤合并10℃、15℃、22℃、26℃和33℃不同温度生理盐水或海水浸泡条件下大鼠的生存时间。结果:在相同温度下,与单纯腹部开放伤或腹部开放伤合并生理盐水浸泡组相比,腹部开放伤伴随海水浸泡大鼠生存时间明显缩短;与单纯腹部开放伤相比,腹部开放伤伴随10℃生理盐水浸泡大鼠生存时间明显缩短,而腹部开放伤伴随15℃、22℃、26℃和33℃生理盐水浸泡组大鼠生存时间没有显著差异;腹部开放伤合并海水浸泡条件下,大鼠在10℃、26℃和33℃水温浸泡较在15℃和22℃水温浸泡条件下生存时间明显缩短。结论:海水浸泡是加速腹部开放伤大鼠致死的重要因素之一。伴随过度低温(10℃)或接近体温(33℃)的海水浸泡都可加速腹部开放伤大鼠死亡。Objective:To study the effects on survival time and pathologic progression of rats with open abdominal injury when suffered with seawater immersion of different temperatures. Methods: Establishing open abdominal injured rat model, healthy male Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups, one with open abdominal injury alone, one with open abdominal injury and normal saline immersion and the other with open abdominal injury and seawater immersion. Comparing to rats with open abdominal injury alone, to observe survival time of the rats with open abdominal injury when immersed to 10℃, 15℃ ,22℃ ,26℃ or 33℃ normal saline or seawater. Results:In the same temperature, the survival time of groups with open abdominal injury and seawater immersion were markedly shortened than groups with open abdominal injury alone and groups with normal saline immersion. There were no significant differences between the survival time of groups with open abdominal injury alone and groups with open abdomi- nal injury and normal saline immersion when exposed to 15℃ ,22℃ ,26℃ or 33℃ environments, except for 10℃. When suffered with seawater immersion, survival time of rats with open abdominal injury was longer in 15℃ and 22℃ environment exposure than 10℃ ,26℃ and 33℃. Conclusion:Seawater immersion is one of the primar lethal factors in open abdominal injured rats. Not only extreme cold environment (10℃) exposure but also relative high temperature (such as 33℃ close to normal body temperature) exposure may increase the mortality of rats with open abdominal injury and seawater immersion.
