摘  要:目的:研究ICP-MS测定生活饮用水中铁的干扰情况并采用合适手段来消除。方法:比较不同接口、不同同位素、使用内标前后对测定结果的影响。结果:X i接口具有更低的背景强度和背景等效浓度。采用56Fe和混合内标可完全消除质谱干扰和非质谱干扰,测定结果和原子吸收法一致,方法的精密度、检出限和加标回收结果均符合分析要求。结论:可采用X i接口ICP-MS准确测定生活饮用水中的铁。Objective:To study the interference when determining iron in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and use appropriate measure to eliminater interference. Methods:Comparing the results in different inteface, different isotope, comparing results before and after using internal standardization. Results:The background intensity and BEC (Background Equivalent Concentration) of Xi inteface were lower than HPI interface. Using ^56Fe isotope and internal standardization could eliminate mass spectroscopic interference and non - spectroscopic interference completely. The results of analyzing practical samples were the same as using FAAS(Flame atomic absorption spectrometry), the results of the detections of limit,RSD and recoveries were satisfactory. Conclusion:Using Xi interface inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can determine iron in drinking water well.
