摘  要:目的:探讨简便快速的浓缩预处理方法以提高灵敏度,建立一种有效的尿锰测定方法。方法:尿样经酸化加热浓缩消解后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定尿锰含量。结果:该法可以获取较好的灵敏度,最低检出浓度为0.005 mg/L;锰浓度在0-2.0 mg/L范围内有很好的线性关系,方法的精密度RSD为1.86%-2.80%,加标回收率为96.0%-101.1%;与高碘酸钾法的测定结果比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:此方法可用于尿锰的测定,具有简便易行、灵敏度高的特点,其精密度和准确度均符合微量分析要求。Objective :To investigate the simple and convenient speedy concentration pretreatment method to improve sensitiveness to build one kind of effective urine manganese determining method. Methods:The sample of urine were appearance dispels by that acidification warmup concentrates. Flame atom absorption spectrometry was used to determine urine manganese contents. Results:The method gained fairly good sensitiveness, the minimum inspects up out concentration was 0. 005 mg/L. There was very good linear relationship when manganese concentration were 0 - 2. 0 mg/L, RSD were 1.86% - 2. 80% , the add the bid coefficient of recoveries were 96. 0% - 101.1%. Comparing with high iodic acid potassium law admeasurement result, difference has no statistics significance. Conclusion:This method can be used for urine manganese admeasurement, have simple and easy to do, high characteristic of sensitiveness, It's accuracy and accurate degree accord with the call for of microanalysis.
