摘  要:目的:对深圳市龙岗区2004-2008年间分离到的伤寒沙门菌进行同源性分析。方法:收集深圳市龙岗区2004-2008年伤寒沙门菌并用生化和血清学方法进行鉴定,伤寒沙门菌基因组经限制性内切酶XbaI酶切后,采用脉冲场电泳(PFGE)获得电泳图谱,再利用BioNumerics软件对电泳图谱进行同源性分析。结果:在深圳市龙岗区2004-2008年间共分离到32株伤寒沙门菌。BioNumerics分析结果显示,共有24个不同的PFGE带型出现,除一株以外其余31株分布于6个相似性在85%以上的簇内。不同年份之间既有交叉又有差异。结论:深圳市龙岗区可能存在6个伤寒沙门菌的流行克隆,这些克隆传播可能是本区伤寒沙门菌发生的主要原因,因此公共卫生建设仍需加强。PFGE指纹图谱为本区伤寒沙门菌分子分型网络监测打下了良好的基础,为伤寒沙门菌所致疾病及时主动监测和传染来源追踪提供了技术支持。Objective: To analyze the homology of Salmonella typhi isolated in Longgang, Shenzhen from 2004 to 2008. Methods: S. typhi isolates were collected in Longgang, Shenzhen during 2004 - 2008 and identified by biochemical and serotype methods. After the genome of S. typhi was digested by restricted enzyme Xbal, the electrophoresis fingerprint was obtained by pulsed -field gel electrophoresis, and the homology analysis was performed by BioNumerics 5.1 software. Results:A total of 32 S. typhi isolates were obtained. The results analyzed by BioNumerics showed that a total of 24 PFGE types were present. Except one, other 31 isolates belonged to six pulsotypes with similarity at least 85%. Some isolates from different years were the same and some ones were different. Conclusion: Six S. typhi clones are probably present in Longgang, Shenzhen. The spread of these clones probably mainly contributed to the presence of S. typhi in this area. So public health structure should be further reinforced. The PF- GE fingerprint provides the good basis for the molecular typing network of S. typhi in this area. It also provides the technique support for the timely and active surveillance of diseases caused by S. typhi and source tracking.
