贵州省铜仁市2004～2007年农村8～10岁儿童碘营养状况监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：掌握贵州省铜仁市农村8-10岁学生尿碘水平。方法：抽取铜仁市2004-2007年两所全日制农村小学8-10岁学生804名,进行尿碘检测及甲状腺触诊。结果：铜仁市2004-2007年8-10岁儿童尿碘中位数分别为304.3、251.4、301.7、368.2μg/L,甲状腺肿大率分别为5.0%、2.5%、3.0%、2.0%,碘盐合格率≥95%,碘盐覆盖率〉99%。结论：贵州省铜仁市农村8-10岁儿童碘营养状况良好。Objective： To investigate the level of urinary iodine of the rural children aged 8 - 10 in Tongren city, Guizhou Province. Methods：The urinary iodine was determined in 804 pupils aged 8 - 10 from two primary schools from Tongren city. Results： Urinary iodine was 304. 3,251.4,301.7,368. 2 ug/L The rate of goiter was 5.0%, 2. 5%, 3.0%, 2.0% ,iodized salt up to standurd ≥ 95%, coverage of iodized salt 〉 99%. Conclusion：The iodine nutrition status is in good condition.
