摘 要:基于Standard k-ε双方程湍流模型和三维时均N-S方程,进行了混流式水轮机HLA351长短叶片转轮流场的三维湍流数值模拟研究,获得了流道的流速和压强分布。计算结果表明:和常规转轮相比,长短叶片结合的转轮流态较好,流速和压强分布合理,水轮机的全流道CFD分析能够较为准确地预测出水轮机过流部件内的性能参数及内部流场结构。The Standard k-ε double equation turbulent model and 3D time N-S equation were used to carry out the 3D turbulent numerical simulation study on the flow field of runners with long and short blades (HLA351) of mixed flow turbine and gained the flow speed and pressure intensity distribution in the flow channel. The results showed that compared to the common runner, the runner with long and short blades has better flow pattern and reasonable distribution of flow speed and pressure intensity. The CFD analysis on the whole channel of turbine can accurately forecast the properties parameters and internal flow field structure in the overflow parts of turbine.
