摘  要:用振孔高喷进行桩墙施工,将钻灌工艺有机的衔接在一起,振动回转成孔,提钻即可旋喷(也可设制为摆喷或定喷),彻底改变了普通高压旋喷的钻灌脱节施工工艺,是一种真正意义上钻灌一体化的施工工艺。同时,将灌浆参数作了较大的调整,使整个施工过程节省了大量辅助时间,灌浆质量得到保证,施工效率得到进一步提高,构成了一种新二管法的旋喷工艺,是一种值得深入研究与推广的修筑防渗墙的新工艺。Using vibration-hole high-jet technique to construct pile wall can integrated organically the drilling and grouting techniques. Vibration turns round to form hole and the lift of drill can conduct spray grouting (also can designed to be swing or fixed grouting), which changes completely the construction technique of the drilling-grouting disjoint of common high-pressure rotary grouting and is a construction technique of true integration of drilling and grouting. Meanwhile the grouting parameters have been greatly adjusted, which can make whole construction process save a large amount of time and the quality of grouting can be guaranteed and the construction efficient can be enhanced. It forms a new twotube spray grouting technique and is a new technique of constructing impervious wall, worth of studying and popularizing.
