摘　　要：目的建立RP-HPLC同时测定天麻头风灵胶囊中蒙花苷、哈巴俄苷和肉桂酸的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18（4.6mm×200mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液（25∶75）;流速1.0mL·min^-1;柱温35℃;检测波长278nm。结果蒙花苷、哈巴俄苷和肉桂酸的质量浓度分别在11.0-110,4.60-46.0和4.20-42.0mg·L^-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9992,0.9996和0.9996;平均回收率分别为101.1%（RSD=1.9%,n=9）,100.3%（RSD=1.6%,n=9）和101.8%（RSD=1.7%,n=9）。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于天麻头风灵胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination ofbuddleoside, harpagoside and cinnamic acid in Tianma Toufengling Capsule. METHODS The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Diamonsil C18 （4.6 min×200 mm, 5μm） column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution （25 ： 75）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 11.0-110 mg·min^-1（r=0.999 2） for buddleoside, 4.60-46.0 mg·min^-1 （r=0.999 6） for harpagoside and 4.20-42.0 mg·min^-1 （r=0.999 6） for cinnamic acid, respectively. The recoveries of buddleoside, harpagoside and cinnamic acid were 101.1% （RSD= 1.9%, n=9）, 100.3% （RSD= 1.6%, n=9） and 101.8% （RSD=1.7%, n=9）, respectively. CONCLUSION The method was accurate,sensitive and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Tianma Toufengling Capsule.
