摘  要:研究了一种对刀仪的光电自动瞄准系统,采用CCD作为敏感元件,可大幅度提高对刀的精度和效率,瞄准精度优于0.5μm。A tool setting gauge is essential for NC machine tool and machining center which directly affects the accuracy and efficiency of the machines. Most of the tool setting gauge in our country are optic mechanical structure. The tool is aimed by the eye, thus the accuracy is low. In this paper, an optoelectronic aiming system is developed. In this system, a CCD is used as sensitive element. The aiming accuracy and efficiency are greatly improved. It is easy to be miniaturized and can aim on machine tools or CMMs. The accuracy is better than 0.5μm.
