摘　　要：提出利用新闻视频中特定的视音频事件在时间上的规律性划分新闻单元的方法。检测视频中出现的特定视音频事件、搜索和匹配根据这些事件生成的数据流,通过确定对应的序列片断划分新闻单元,实验和视频新闻编目的应用表明了该方法有效。An approach for news story segmentation using the regularity of the specified audio/video event is proposed in this paper. News video is transformed into data stream which consists of detected events, and search the section in the data stream to match the news story. The method is proved to be feasible by experiments and news video catalogue practice.
