摘　　要：目的:总结臀肌挛缩症的手术治疗与康复训练的经验。方法:采用绕大转子后上方弧形切口,手术治疗具有典型症状的臀肌挛缩症病人35例,术后功能锻炼。结果:随访1～36个月,33例恢复正常步态或步态明显改善,2例有一定的改善,无病例复发。结论:采用绕大转子后上方弧形切口远离坐骨神经走行,操作简单安全,病变组织松解彻底,创伤小,术后适时锻炼疗效肯定。Objective：To summarize the experience of surgical intervention and functional rehabilitation in treating glutens contracture. Methods： Thirty-five patients with typical symptom of such disease underwent surgical therapy via posterosuperior operative incision of the arch femoral greater trochanter, and all the patients received functional rehabilitation training after operation. Results：During the follow-up of 1 to 36 months,33 patients recovered to normal walking and 2 relieved to a certain degree. No single case relapsed. Conclusion：This surgical technique can be safe in performance with less trauma, for the incision is off the direction of sciatic nerve. The prognosis will be better if the patients can receive functional exercise at the fight time after operation.
