摘　　要：介绍了模具刃口轮廓误差综合测量的原理以及直线、圆弧、任意曲线刃口轮廓的最佳拟合数学模型及误差评定方法，并结合冲裁模测量实例分析了测量系统的性能。The principle of comprehensive measuring edge contour errors of molds is introduced. The mathematical models of optimum fitting and error evaluating methods for line, circularity and arbitrary curve are presented. Moreover, according to a measuring example for press mold, the properties of measuring system are analyzed.
