摘  要:利用属性识别理论,根据电能质量指标客观数据的测度属性建立指标测度评价矩阵。利用指标客观权重与指标测度矩阵相关的属性,提出利用G1-熵权法来确定各个电能质量指标的综合权重系数,克服了单一赋权法的片面性,减小了计算量。实例分析表明,该方法得到的评价结果更加客观、准确和全面。Using attribute recognition theory and according to the measurement attribute of objective data in power quality indices, the index measurement evaluation matrix (MEM) is built. By use of the attribute that the objective weight of index is correlative with measurement evaluation matrix, it is proposed to determine the comprehensive weight coefficient of each power quality index by Gl-entropy method, thus the one-sidedness of single weight determining is remedied and the calculation burden is mitigated. Case analysis shows that the evaluation results by the proposed method are more objective, precise and comprehensive.
