医学学术论文产出力及影响力相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究论文作者背景与论文产出力和影响力的关系。方法采取多因素分析(多元逐步回归分析)方法研究我院2000年～2006年间发表的论文数及被引频次与作者背景因素之间的关系。结果在论文作者背景因素中,作者承担课题级别,是否为重点学科,学历高低,职称等级是论文产出力的四大影响因素,作者的教学职称等级和承担课题级别是论文影响力的两大影响因素。结论:为了提高科研机构的产出力和影响力,科研管理部门不仅要引导科研工作者在高影响因子期刊上发表论文,更要从科研课题立项,重点学科建设,科教协调发展上进行统筹规划。The paper has studied the relationship between the background of the authors and the quality and influence of the papers. The relationship between the qualities as well as the Citing frequency of the papers published by the hospital during 2000-2006 and the backgrounds of authors were studied using multiple regression analysis. Results with the factors of the backgrounds of authors, the level of research project which authors undertaking, whether belong to the key subject, the educational background, the level of the professional title are the 4 major factors of the quality of the paper, the teaching title and the level of research project are the 2 major factors of the influence of the papers. Conclusion Except for guiding researchers have papers published on high-influence-factor journals, scientific research management departments have to pay more attention on the overall planning among scientific research items, key subject construction and the balancing of development between scientific research and education, so as to improve the productivity and influence of scientific research institution.
