摘　　要：通过阐述新时期高校图书馆流通阅览工作的现状,分析了流通阅览工作存在的难点问题,针对当前高校图书馆流通阅览工作存在的评价体系、用人观念、馆员素质等问题,提出了需要解决问题的方法,从而更好的促进流通阅览工作的发展。The essay attempts to explore the solutions to promote the reading circulation of the university libraries based on the analysis of the difficulties in the reading circulation and problems of the current staff assessment and the notions of staff appointment as well as librarian quality.
