摘　　要：对网络及图书馆参考咨询中的关键词检索进行了研究和探索,对现有的关键词检索进行了分析,指出了它的优缺点,并提出了改进的措施。This paper has researched and probed the key words retrieval about web and library reference consultation. On the basis of analyzing the present key words retrieval system, it points out the advantages and disadvantages of the present system, and put forwards some improvement measures.
