摘　　要：在坚持科学发展观、解放思想新形势下,对农村图书馆的内涵及服务范围做了准确界定,明确农村图书馆在社会主义新农村建设中的作用,对新形势下农村图书馆建设现状进行分析,最终提出构建和谐农村图书馆几点对策,以及为实现农村文化大繁荣、大发展,提高农村经济发展速度,促进社会主义新农村建设奠定一定基础。In the insistence science development view, emancipates under the mind new situation, this article makes a accurate definition to the countryside library connotation and the range of service, clears about the countryside library in socialism new rural reconstruction fimction, furthermore, the present situation of countryside library construction under the new situation is elaborated analyzed, finally proposes several countermeasures for the construction harmonious countryside library which contribute to realize the countryside culture big prosperity, the big development, enhance the rural economy development speed and promote the socialism new rural construction.
