摘　　要：从历次惨痛的图书馆火灾事故中,探究图书馆火灾发生的原因。在此基础上,引入新木桶理论,探索建立适合图书馆消防安全的安全木桶模型,从安全系统的人、物、环境这3个安全指标,人力、技术、财力的保障,安全管理和安全责任几个方面讨论了安全木桶的适用性,并针对所在图书馆的安全系统提出了相应的建议。This paper probed into the causes of the fire from the previous bitter fire of libraries. A safety bucket model was managed to establish on the strength of new bucket principle. The paper discussed the applicability of it from four aspects. They were 3 safety indexes involving individual content and environment, the guarantee of manpower, technology and financing, safety management and safety responsibility. At the time, some pertinent suggestions were put forward about safety system of the library based on the practical experience.
