摘　　要：分析当前机务段基础信息管理工作,得出机务段基础信息管理系统的总体结构,阐述系统中每个模块的内容及功能,介绍系统采用的三层C/S体系结构。该系统对提高机务段基础信息管理的工作效率和工作质量、降低劳动强度十分有效。系统经机务段实际使用,效果良好。The system analysis of fundamental information management for locomotive depot was carried out, and the general structure of fundamental information management for locomotive depot was elicited, meanwhile, the content and function of every module was expatiated in detail, the C/S distributed multiplayer structure model in the System was presented. It was terribly effective to enhance the work efficiency and quality of locomotive depot management and to cut down on labor intensity. It was demonstrated that the System ran well by practical application in locomotive depot.
