摘　　要：针对目前铁路部门机务管理效率低下,现有资源得不到充分利用,维护和升级不便等问题,提出了以Web Service为核心的基于SOA的铁路信息集成系统。该系统的建立,可以使不同系统间的数据和资源得到共享,解决了不同信息系统间互通互联的问题;同时,该系统具有良好的扩展性,可以将旧系统方便的纳入到新系统,从而节省了大量的人力、财力、物力,方便了系统的维护和升级。Owning to the low efficiency of the railway department, available resources couldn＇t be utilized adequately and these systems were inconvenient to maintain and upgrade. It was put forward the Railway Information System based-on SOA which took Web Service as the core.The foundation of the Railway Information System coud make the data and the resources belong to the different systems enjoyed together, and solve the problem about interflowing in the different information systems. The System possessed good extensibility, subsumed the old systems conveniently.Consequently, lots of manpower, financial resourcesand, material resources could be saved, and the maintenance and the upgrade were conveniently to be accomplished.
