摘　　要：详细介绍了佳木斯市图书馆由传统封闭式向现代开放式的顺利转型的经验,即树立全新的办馆理念、建立全新的科学管理机制、寻求事业发展新途径等。This paper introduces the experiences of Jiamusi Library＇s successful transformation from the traditional close type library into the modem open type library, the first of which is to establish the brand new library-operation concept, the second of which is to set up the brand new scientific management mechanism, and the third of which is to seek the new development paths.
