采用HPLC法测定不同栽培品种粉葛中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：测定一年生不同栽培品种粉葛中葛根素的含量。HPLC法测定,以MeOH-H2O-HAc(255:755:0.5)为流动相,250nm为检测波长。不同栽培品种粉葛中葛根素的含量在0.01%～0.99%。大叶粉葛葛根素含量高于细叶粉葛葛根素含量。Determination of puerarin in the redix puerariae thomsonii from differentcul one year’s tivatedspecies.Puerarin were determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-HAc（25：75：0.5）.Detection wavelength was at 250 nm.The content of puerarin was in the range of 0.01%～0.99%.The content of puerarin in dayefenge was higher than xiaoyefenge.
