摘　　要：底层框架抗震墙结构在发生地震时候，由于上下结构形式不同和各构件抗侧力体系抗震差异使得这类房屋的抗震性能较为复杂，结构刚度沿竖向分布也不连续，侧向变形也不均匀，易于发生在相对较薄弱的底层。文章按照相似原理，通过模型试验分析了底层框架抗震墙结构的抗震性能。The first floor frame earthquake resistance wall structure in has when the earthquake, as a result of up and down structural style difference and earthquake resistance performance difference, the structure branch is not continual, therefore occurs in the weak first floor.
