注射用头孢地嗪钠与8种药物的配伍稳定性

摘　　要：目的考察室温(25℃)下6 h内,注射用头孢地嗪钠与8种临床常用药物在5%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法在不同配伍时间,观察8种配伍液的外观变化。其中7种配伍液,测定pH值并采用HPLC法测定头孢地嗪钠含量。结果室温6 h内,注射用头孢地嗪钠与氨甲苯酸注射液配伍后出现外观变化;与维生素K1、维生素C、维生素B6、氨茶碱、地塞米松磷酸钠、胰岛素、酚磺乙胺注射液配伍后外观及pH值无明显变化,头孢地嗪钠含量>90%。结论室温6 h内,注射用头孢地嗪钠与维生素K1、维生素C、维生素B6、氨茶碱、地塞米松磷酸钠、胰岛素、酚磺乙胺注射液配伍稳定,而与氨甲苯酸注射液不宜配伍。AIM To investigate compatibility between cefodizime sodium for injection and eight kinds of injection in 5% glucose injection at room temperature（25℃）within 6 h. METHODS The appearance of eight mixed fluids were observed. For seven kinds of mixed fluids, the pH values and the contents of cefodizime sodium were determined by HPLC in defferent times after mixing. RESULTS At room temperature within 6 h, there was evident change of the appearance after mixing with aminomethylbenzoic acid. After mixing with vitamin K1, vitamin C, vitamin B6, aminophyUin,dexamethasone sodium phosphate, insulin and ethamsylate, there were no evident changes in appearance and pH values. The contents of cefodizime sodium were more than 90%. CONCLUSION At room temperature within 6 h, cefodizime sodium for injection can be compatible with vitamin K1, vitamin C, vitamin B6, aminophyllin, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, insulin and ethamsylate, but it can not be compatible with aminomethylbenzoic acid.
