摘  要:连铸过程中裂纹主要产生在凝固末期的高温脆性温度区间,凝固组织对其影响巨大.结合相图并利用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、定向凝固实验系统和Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机,在对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的熔化和近平衡凝固过程进行分析的基础上,研究了冷却速率对奥氏体不锈钢高温脆性区凝固组织的影响.研究表明,1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的近平衡凝固模式为FA型,随着冷速的加大,铁素体的形态从晶内骨骼状分布转变到晶间不规则块状分布,其含量也有所提高.The solidification structure has a great impact on solidification cracks which mainly occurred in the high-temperature brittle zone in the continuous casting process. Employing differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), directional solidification system and Gleeble -3800 thermal simulation testing machine, the effects of cooling rate on solidification structure of 1Crl8NigTi stainless steel in high-temperature brittle zone were inves- tigated on the basis of the study on the process of melting and near - equilibrium freezing combined with the phase diagram. Experimental results show that the near- equilibrium freezing mode of 1CrlSNi9Ti steel is FA mode. The morphology of ferrite changes to irregular block among austenite grains from skeleton in austenite grains with the increase of cooling rate, followed by the increasing fraction of ferrite.
