摘 要:本试验主要研究了药百合同一鳞片的不同取材部位与生芽间的关系及不同浓度的IBA、6-BA对药百合组织培养的影响。结果显示:药百合鳞片不同的部位均能诱导出芽,其能力从强到弱依次是下部、中部、上部。诱导芽分化的最适培养基为MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LIBA;芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+0.8mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA;诱导生根最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.4-0.5mg/LIBA。The relationship between bud formation and different parts from the same squama was studied and the effects of 6-BA and IBA on the bud differentiation of Lilium speciosum Thunb in tissue culture were researched in this experiment. The results showed that the bud of different parts from the squama of Lilium speciosum Thunb could be induced and the bottom squama had the highest differentiation frequency. The best medium for bud differentiation was MS +1.0mg/L 6-BA +0.5mg/LIBA. Meantime, in order to set up the micropropogation system for Lilium speeiosum Thunb, the experiment of bud proliferation and root inducement was also carried out and the best mediums were MS supplemented with 0.8mg/L 6-BA +0.1mg/L NAA and 1/2MS with 0.4-0.5 mg/L IBA, respectively.
