摘　　要：目的探讨鼻副窦黏液囊肿的CT和MR表现特点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的23例鼻副窦黏液囊肿的术前CT和MR表现。结果23例中囊肿单发20例，多发3例，共26个囊肿。其中15个筛窦囊肿，7个额窦囊肿，3个蝶窦囊肿，1个上颌窦囊肿。囊肿多较大，窦腔膨胀扩大，3例见窦壁吸收破坏。CT平扫囊肿多为肌肉样密度或稍低密度，边缘光滑，境界清楚。T1WI多呈高信号或等信号。结论鼻副窦黏液囊肿CT和MR表现有特点，通常能够确定诊断。Objective To investigate the CT and MRI characteristic features of mucocele in paranasal sinuses. Methods A retrospective study was performed in 23 cases of the mucocele in paranasal sinuses by CT and MRI manifestations correlating with operative and pathologic findings. Results Total 26 mucoceles were found in this study, with a solitary mucocele in 20 cases and the multiple mucoceles in 3 cases, thereinto with 15 in ethmoid sinuses, 7 in frontal sinuses, 3 in sphenoid sinuses and 1 in maxillary sinuse. The majority of mucoceles presented as a big size with sinus expansion, and 3 cases showed bony defect in sinus wall. The CT appearances of mucoceles were the muscle-like or low density with the smooth edge and clear interface. In MRI, the signal intensity of mucoceles exhibited the high or middle in T1 - weighted images. Conclusion The mucocele of paranasal sinuses have characteristic features in CT and MRI, which can confirm the diagnosis in clinic.
