摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在铁铬合金基体上制备掺杂钙元素的La1-xCaxCrO3导电涂层;用IR、UV分析溶胶成分,DTA、TG、XRD和SEM、AFM等手段研究了涂层相变规律和表面形貌,四探针法测定涂层的电阻率.结果表明:用低浓度溶胶多次热处理可以得到粗糙度RMS为60~70nm、厚度为300—400nm的涂层,在Ca^26的掺入量为0.1—0.14mol/L之间时涂层具有最佳导电性.Electrical conductive Ca-doped lanthanum chromate coating was synthesized by sol-gel process on Fe-Cr alloy substrate. The component of sol was analyzed by means of IR and UV. The phase transformation and surface morphologies of the coating were investigated by DTA, TG, XRD, SEM and AFM. The electric conductivity was measured by four probe method. According to the result, a coating with roughness form 60 to 70 nm and thickness from 300 to 400 nm can be prepared through repetitively coating with low concentration sol and then heat treating. The coating with a doping amount of Ca^2+ between 0. 1 and 0. 14 has the best electrical conductivity.
