摘 要:用表面粗糙度仪对WGJ510C2钢与普通建筑用钢Q235和Q345在不同周期室内盐雾加速循环腐蚀试验后的除锈样进行了表面粗糙度的分析,以此方法研究了高性能耐火耐候建筑用钢WGJ510C2的耐候性能.结果表明:在相同周期内,WGJ510C2钢的点蚀坑是密而浅,Q235钢和Q345钢的点蚀坑是疏而深;同一钢种在不同周期内,随着腐蚀时间的延长,点蚀坑会发生连接和贯通;各对比钢种的耐蚀性表现与它们的化学成分有很好的对应关系.A roughness analysis of rust-removal surface of three construction steels after varying in-door accelerated cyclic corrosion tests( CCT)had been carried out by using a roughness analyzer in this paper. The steels include a weathering and fire-proof steel WGJ510C2 and two conventional construction steels Q235 and Q345. The results show that there are some dense distributed but shallow pits on the surface of steel WGJ510C2 and some sparsely distributed but deep pits on the surface of steel Q235 and steel Q345 for the same number of cycles ; with the extension of corrosion time, some pits will be jointed and linked each other for a steel for different number of cycles ; and the anti-corrosion performance of one steel has a good corresponding relationship with ones chemical composition.
