摘  要:研究了低压脉冲电流对ZM5-3Ca阻燃镁合金凝固组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经低压脉冲电流处理后,合金的凝固组织细化,其初生相形态由发达的树枝晶转化为近球状或蔷薇状晶体;降低冷却速度有利于合金初生相的球化;随着脉冲电压的提高,合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,其屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐提高,但其塑性没有得到改善;当脉冲电压为400V时,合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度比未经电流处理的试样分别提高了9%和19%。Effects of low-voltage electric current pulse were described on solidification structure and mechanical properties of ignition-proof magnesium alloy ZM5-3Ca. The results show that the solidification structure in the alloy is refined after applying low-voltage electric current pulse,in which the primary phase is converted from developed dendrite into near-spherical or rosette structure. Primary phase in the alloy is increasingly spheroidized with decreasing in cooling rate,meanwhile,with increasing in pulse voltage,the grain size in the alloy is refined gradually,and yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy are improved,however,the obvious change of plasticity can not be observed. With voltage of 400V,yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy are increased by 9% and 19%,respectively,compared with those of ones without low-voltage electric current pulse.
