摘 要:目的:骶尾骨的常规X线检查方法不能够满足临床要求。文中通过与常规X线比较,探讨X线数字断层融合技术在骶尾骨侧位摄影中的应用价值。方法:30例外伤致骶尾骨疼痛的患者均行普通X线平片及断层融合成像。评价2种成像技术所获得的骶尾骨图像质量及骶尾骨异常诊断情况。结果:30例患者中,断层融合成像和普通X线的优质图像率分别为93.3%和53.3%(P=0.000 1)。断层融合成像技术发现10例骶尾骨骨折和(或)脱位的患者中,普通X线平片仅确诊2例,漏诊7例,1例怀疑骨折。结论:X线断层融合成像技术可明显改善骶尾骨侧位影像质量,且价格低廉、辐射剂量低,有望成为骶尾骨外伤患者的首选检查方法。Objective : The conventional X-ray examination of sacrococcyxlatera can not meet the clinical requirements, In this artical, we study the application of the Digital tomosynthesis in lateral position imaging of saerococcyxlatera. Methods:Both X-ray and Digital tomosynthesis scanning were performed in 30 cases of traumatic-induced pain with saerococcyxlatera. Two kinds of imaging were analyzed with regard to image quality and diagnosis of abnormal saeroeoecyxlatera. Results : In 30 cases,image quality of sacroeoecyxlatera is better with Digital Tomosynthesis (excellent image rate: 93.3 percent) than with X-ray (excenllent image:63.3% ). In 10 cases with sacroeoeeyxlatera fracture and/or dislocation found by Digital Tomosynthesis scanning , The X-ray only found 2 cases, 7 cases missed and 1 case of suspected fracture. Conclusion:Because X-ray Digital tomosynthesis technique improved image quality of lateral position' s imaging of sacrococcyxlatera,was low cost and low-dose radiation, It was expected to become the first method of patient with trauma in sacrococcyxlatera.
