医药院校基础学院教学管理模式的研究

摘　　要：医药院校基础学院的教学质量直接影响医药人才培养质量，而教学管理水平与教学质量密切相关。近年来教学管理模式研究成为教学研究领域的热点，提出了许多新的教学管理模式。医药院校基础学院的教学具有自身独特的特点，其教学管理模式研究具有重要意义。提出以广度优先的和谐教学管理模式，探讨其内涵建设以及实施执行途径。The teaching quality of foundation college in a medical and pharmaceutical university affects directly the quality of training personnel. The level of teaching management is closely related to the teaching quality. Recently, the study of teaching management pattern becomes the highlight in the field of teaching research. Many new teaching management patterns have been presented. With the special character of foundation college in a medical and pharmaceutical university, the study on teaching management pattern is very important. In this paper, the harmonious teaching management system based on width preference was presented and the content constrnction and the executing approach were explored.
