非常规井控处理技术在塔里木油田的应用

摘　　要：常规的井控处理方法已被业内技术人员利用谙熟,结合现场使用实际,介绍一种非常规的井控处理技术:当井内发生溢流关井后,出现旋塞阀无法打开的紧急情况时,可以在钻台面上重新安装防喷器组,将钻具临时坐挂在原防喷器组上部,利用倒装的单闸板进行钻具外的密封,使用剪切闸板剪断钻具,重新组建钻台面防喷器组以实现压井作业。Based on the field operation of conventional well control technique,the article introduced an unconventionality well control method.When the overflow happen and the stopcock can't be opened that in some emergent condition,the BOP stack is relocated on rig floor level,and the drilling tool is setted temporarily on top of the intrinsic BOP stack and using the inverted single ram airproof the drilling tool,and using cutter ram sheard drilling tool to realize killing well by rebuilding rig floor level BOP stack.
