硝酸甘油与PVC输液器作用方式的探讨

摘　　要：通过紫外吸光度试验和高压液相试验,我们发现,硝酸甘油药液经过PVC输液器后,药液浓度可降低17.1%～63.2%,并且有新的物质产生。所以我们认为,硝酸甘油与pvc输液器之间的作用方式很可能不是"吸附"。Through UV absorbance and High-pressure liquid tests,We found that the concentration of nitroglycerin solution was reduced about 17.1%-63.2% after contacted with PVC infusion set.Besides,New substances have been detected.For this reason,It should not be ＂adsorption＂ that the reaction type occurred between nitroglycerin and PVC Infusion set.
