县级定点医院模式结核病实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价县级定点医院模式结核病实施效果。方法对县级2004—2006年结核病月报表、季报表和年度报表进行分析。结果实施定点医院模式后,活动性肺结核病人登记率、涂阳肺结核病人登记率显著提高,由模式改革前的118.12/10万、36.95/10万提高到模式改革后的143.59/10万、52.38/10万;治愈率平均为92.8%。结论县级定点医院模式取得了成功,但仍继续完善定点医院模式,制订规范措施。Objective To evaluate the TB control effect of the model of designated hospitals at county level. Methods The data from TB monthly, quarterly and annual reporting system during 2004--2006 were collected and analyzed. Results After the implementation of the model of desig- nated hospitals, the registration rate of active tuberculosis and smear positive cases were significant- ly increased from 118.12/100 000,36.95/100 000 to 143.59/100 000 and 52.38/100 000 respectively, and the cure rate was 92.8% in average, which had no significant difference between the two models（P〉0. 005）. Conclusions Results shows that the model of designated hospitals at county level is successful. Furthermore, it is necessary to perfect the model and develop relevant standards and measures.
