摘 要:能否构建一个脱离具体开发环境、融合主流技术且不断吸收新技术的通用图像检索识别库,既是图像检索与识别领域的基础理论问题,又是工程应用中迫切需要解决的现实问题。本文主要从通用图像检索识别库的构建、实现及应用三方面讨论了这一问题。应用实例表明,用该库实施图像检索与识别,开发期短,操作简便,准确率高、响应快速。该库将对图像检索与识别技术在更深更广领域里的应用起积极推动作用。It is not only a basic theory problem in image retrieval and recognition field, but an urgently practical one for en- gineering application whether the universal image retrieval and recognition kit (UIRRK) can be constructed, which gets rid of con- crete development environment and fuses some of the mainstream technology of image retrieval and recognition and goes on taking in new technology. This paper discusses it from three aspects, i.e. construction, implementation and application of UIRRK. The example of application shows its lots of good qualities, such as a short development term, an easy operation, a high precision and a quick response. The UIRRK will drive the application of image retrieval and recognition technology widely and completely.
