摘　　要：科研项目管理通常指通过协调与科研项目相关的各种关系,有效利用人、财、物等科技资源,以促进项目目标实现的动态活动。以江苏省环境监测中心承担的"江苏省集中式饮用水源地有毒有害有机污染物监测调查"科研项目为案例,对大型环境科研项目的组织与管理方式进行探讨,提出要重视过程管理、完善合同管理。Research project is a kind of events which coordinate many all kinds of relationship among research work and use scientific resources such as people, money and materials to get the research goal. Large research project is more complicated.This paper discussed the management of large environmental research project with the case of study on toxic, harmful and organic pollutants of centralized drinking water source of Jiangsu. It should pay attention to process management and contract management.
