摘　　要：后冷战时代北约启动改革,以求续存与发展,但其指导思想与行动中旧态尚重,新意不足,难以完成期望中的转型。北约在国际事务中地位有降,未来前景具有不确定性。In the post-Cold War era,NATO initiated its reform for a longer life and further development. However,some things from the old days are still present in its guidelines for reform and its actions,which are lack of fresh ideas.This would make it difficult to fulfill the transformation that NATO has expected.In brief,NATO's international status is somehow decreasing,and its future is still uncertain.
