摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理对初次行肠镜检查的老年患者的作用。方法200例老年患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组检查前行常规护理,观察组检查前进行心理支持、亲情支持、放松指导等人文关怀护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测量预约时、检查前20 min焦虑、抑郁状况;采用疼痛分级评定法评定患者检查中的腹痛情况并比较两组检查结束所需时间。结果干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分、腹痛程度分级评定及检查结束所需时间与对照组比较均有显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论对初次行肠镜检查的老年患者实施人文关怀护理,可减轻其焦虑、抑郁程度,缓解检查过程中腹痛感受,提高检查成功率和缩短检查时间。Objective To study the effect of humanistic care on elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy for the firt time. Methods Two hundred elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups ：control group and observed group, 100 patients each. Before inspection, control group was given conventional care while observed group was given psychological support, family support, guidance on relaxation, and other nursing care. Self - rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self- rating depression scale （SDS） were used to measure the anxiety and depression on appointment and 20 minutes before examination. Pain classification was assessed to evaluate the situation in patients with abdominal pain during examination and the examination time required was compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, there were significant differences in SAS, SDS scores, abdominal pain grade level and examination time required between the observed group and control group （ both P 〉 0.01 ）. Conclusions Humanistic care to the elderly patients undergoing colonoscopy for the first time relieves their anxiety and depression extent, eases the abdominal pain level in the examination process, improves the success rate, and reduces the examination time.
