摘　　要：目的探讨儿童前臂Madelung畸形截骨手术治疗方法,总结截骨手术体会。方法对我院2004年1月～2007年12月住院的4例典型Madelung畸形患者和1例非典型Madelung畸形患者采用截骨矫正术。结果5例畸形均得以矫正,外观上腕关节因脱位而突出的症状消失,腕关节屈伸及旋转功能得以改善。结论Madelung畸形采用截骨矫正术疗效满意。Objective To study the surgical treatment of Madelung＇ s deformity in children. Methods There are two types of Madelung＇ s deformity ： typical, or regular, and atypical, or reverse. Form January 2004 to December 2007, we treated 4 typical Madelung deformity children, they are all girls, and 1 atypical Madelung deformity, a boy. For them we underwent ulnar osteotomy and realigned the end of radius bone by open - up wedge osteotomy. Patients were assessed clinically and radiologically pre - and post - operatively. Results Five Madelung＇ s deformity children were well corrected through surgery. Their wrist function was improved considerably. Conclusion Madelung＇ s deformity is rare. Osteotomy is an effective method to treat it.
