摘　　要：介绍了图书馆战略联盟的概念,阐述了图书馆战略联盟的特点,在分析信息环境下图书馆生存和发展的基础上,从核心竞争力的概念出发引出图书馆的核心竞争力,提出构建战略联盟有利于提升高校图书馆核心竞争力,从而使高校图书馆的效益最大化。This paper introduces the concept of library＇s strategic alliance, and expounds the features of library＇s strategic alliance, and based on the analyzing the existence and development of the library under the information environment, extracts library＇s core competitiveness from the concept of the core competitiveness, and points out that building the strategic alliance is beneficial to enhancing the core competitiveness of university library and maximizes the effectiveness of university library.
