摘　　要：工程主体价值选择往往决定工程的方向。从个人、组织、社会3个层次提出了优化工程主体价值选择的对策,能使工程主体价值选择的正效应得到更好的发挥。The value choice of engineering subject determines the direction of engineering. This paper advances some countermeasures for optimizing the value choice of engineering subject from three levels of individuals, organizations and society, which gives full play to the positive effect of the value choice of engineering subject.
