摘 要:目的建立压力性尿失禁动物模型。方法10只雌性SD大鼠为正常对照组(Ⅰ组),另外将40只分娩后雌性SD大鼠分为4组:Ⅱ组为正常分娩组,Ⅲ组为正常分娩+阴道扩张组,Ⅳ组为正常分娩+卵巢切除组,Ⅴ组为正常分娩+阴道扩张+卵巢切除组。然后进行尿动力学检测,以证实压力性尿失禁。结果整个实验过程中4只大鼠死亡,Ⅰ组腹漏尿点压为74.24±5.01cmH2O,Ⅱ组为70.81±3.06cmH2O,Ⅲ组为52.62±3.63cmH2O,Ⅳ组为53.26±3.45cmH2O,Ⅴ组为35.20±3.61cmH2O。Ⅱ组的腹漏尿点压低于Ⅰ组,但二者比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的腹漏尿点压均低于Ⅰ组,经比较有统计学意义(t分别为2.85、2.83、2.97,均P〈0.01);Ⅴ组的腹漏尿点压值最低,组间相比,除Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组,Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组相比无统计学意义外,其余各组间比较均有统计学差异。结论模拟分娩产伤和雌激素减低均能建立压力性尿失禁的动物模型,同时模拟两种病因,模型成功率更高。Objective To establish an animal model of stress urinary incontinence(SUI) in rats. Methods 10 female SD rats were divided into control group (groupⅠ) and other 40 female postpartum SD rats were divided into 4 groups: group Ⅱ (normal delivery group, 10 rats ), groupⅢ ( normal delivery ± colpectasis group, 10 rats), groupⅣ ( normal delivery ± ovariectomy group, 10 rats) and group Ⅴ ( normal delivery ± colpectasis ± ovariectomy group, 10rats). Cystometry, modified leak point pressure measurement were conducted for urodynamic examination to confirm presence of SUI. Results During whole process of experiment, 4 rats died. The values of abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP) in the five groups were 74.24 ± 5.01, 70.81 ± 3.06, 52.62 ± 3.63, 53.26 ± 3.45 and 35.20 ± 3.61 cmH2O respectively. The value of ALPP in group Ⅱ was lower than that in group Ⅰ ,but there was no significant difference ( P 〉0.05). The values of ALPP in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were lower than that in group Ⅰ , and the differences were significant (t = 2.85, 2.83, 2.97 respectively, all P 〈 0.01 ). The values of ALPP in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were lower than in group Ⅱ , and the difference was obviously significant ( t = 2.87, 2.89, 2.95 respectively, all P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference in ALPP between group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The animal model of SUI can be established successfully through imitating birth injury or ovariectomy ( decreasing estrogen level). And if the two causes of the disease are imitated at the same time, the successful establishment rate of SUI animal model would become higher.
