动态中心静脉压监测在肝移植术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨动态中心静脉压(CVP)监测在肝移植术后患者中的应用。方法对2005年1月—2007年12月在SICU收治的117例肝移植术后患者进行动态CVP监测。结果通过动态CVP监测为肝移植术后患者提供液体治疗和心脏功能的重要诊疗指标,更好地指导治疗和用药。同时通过加强管道护理,避免影响CVP数值因素,预防感染的发生等护理措施,使大部分肝移植患者术后顺利恢复。结论加强肝移植术后患者动态CVP监测与护理,有利肝移植患者的治疗及促进术后早期康复。Objective To research the application of the continuous monitor of the central vein pressure in the post liver transplantation patients. Methods 117 cases with post liver transplantation were monitored in surgical intensive care unit from Jan 2005 to Dec 2007. Results Continuous monitor of the central vein pressure could be an indicator to perform the body fluids administration and to evaluate the cardiac function, it is also a guidance to therapy and drug administer. There were some nursing works such as intensive canal administration, avoidance to the interfere factors for central vein pressure and the procedure to prevent the infection. These works could facilitate the recovery in majority of the posttransplantation patients. Conclusion The nursing works of continuous monitor of the central vein pressure in post - transplantation patients could facilitate the early recovery.
